Welcome to New Horizon Ministries, Inc. We are so glad that you have taken interest in our ministry. We are a community based, non-profit arm of New Horizon Church International, (NHCI) where we focus on sharing Christ while serving and strengthening families of Jackson. We do this by providing childcare & aftercare services, monthly food distributions to families, sports & arts for youth, employment and home ownership opportunities.
Our main campus is located in South Jackson, where we have a full size gymnasium, cafeteria and kitchen and football/soccer field. Our facility is available for rentals such as basketball practice, basketball games, family reunions, birthday parties, picnics, carnivals or special events.

New Horizon Ministries, Inc. is a private, non-profit, faith-based, social service ministry organized to provide Bible-based leadership and service that addresses a variety of concerns faced by people and institutions in the Metro Jackson area.
New Horizon Ministries, Inc. (NHMI) was founded in 1989 by members of New Horizon Baptist Church (now New Horizon Church International), and is incorporated in the State of Mississippi. The ministry is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization and operates under the direction of a Board of Directors.
NHMI's mission is to be a light in Metro Jackson and help to the people of Mississippi through a number of programs that seek to strengthen children, families & communities.
Our purpose and focus is to serve children and their families in such a way that they would grow up to be leaders for tomorrow.
NHMI has three areas of focus; Childcare/Aftercare, Affordable Home Ownership and Sports/Arts.
